The Dallas Cowboys can breathe a sigh of relief.
Cornerback DaRon Bland returned to Thursday’s game against the Chiefs in the fourth quarter. Bland briefly left the field with a foot injury and was deemed questionable to return.
Bland spent some time being evaluated on the sideline before he headed back to the locker room. He was back on the field after Dak Prescott found Javonte Williams for a 3-yard touchdown connection.
After giving up an early touchdown, Dallas’ defense had a solid performance against the Patrick Mahomes-led Chiefs. The Cowboys entered the Thanksgiving matchup without a key player in Caelen Carson.
