A jack-knifed tractor-trailer is blocking the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 near Bowmanville.
The eastbound lanes of Highway 401 are closed just past Oshawa due to a jack-knifed tractor-trailer, police say.
All lanes are blocked near Hwy. 418 and police are urging motorists to take alternate routes.
No injuries have been reported.
