Fourmaux drops to fourth after one-minute time penalty in Saudi Arabia

The Hyundai driver checked in one minute ahead of schedule at TC14A, the control before service at the end of the day, incurring a 60sec penalty from officials. On the road, Fourmaux had completed the penultimate leg 2.4sec ahead of Mārtiņš Sesks, but the adjustment wipes out that advantage and reshapes the top of the leaderboard.
Revised times promote Sesks back into the rally lead ahead of Thierry Neuville and Takamoto Katsuta, with Fourmaux now 57.6sec adrift in fourth.
The penalty arrived after an already bruising final stage in which both Sesks and Fourmaux picked up tyre damage but reached the finish without stopping.
