Jim Goodwin has refused to say whether or not struggling Yevhenii Kucherenko will keep his place in his Dundee United team.
The Ukrainian keeper had something of a nightmare in last week’s defeat to Falkirk.
It has been a difficult spell for the summer signing and Goodwin also has the option of calling on experienced back-up Dave Richards – which is expected to be the case at Rugby Park
Goodwin said: “Well, we’ll just need to wait and see what happens tomorrow in terms of team selection.
“But like I said, he’s a good goalkeeper, going through a bit of a difficult period.
“We’ve got good strength in that particular department as well.
“You see with some of the teams in the league where they’ve got one really good number one and then a very young number two.

“We’ve purposely gone about it in a different way, just in case of injury or suspension or poor form, that our back-up goalkeeper is of real quality.
“Dave Richards is an experienced goalkeeper, so if Dave gets the nod then we’ve got absolutely no issues whatsoever with that.”
Goodwin has already told his players that he expects a reaction against Kilmarnock.
Pan Camara also comes back into his squad and Ross Graham and Max Watters also got more game-time in a closed door game against Ross County.
United take on a Kilmarnock team who are out of form but Goodwin knows how things can quickly flip.
He confirmed: “Kilmarnock are obviously on a bad run of form. I think they’ve had six defeats in a row.
”But it happens. Stuart Kettlewell’s a really good manager.
“They got the better of us at Tannadice in the last fixture.”
