Aidan Hutchinson joins ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ to pick Week 12

Former Michigan All-American, and runner-up for the 2021 Heisman Trophy, Aidan Hutchinson joined ESPN’s “College GameDay” for Week 12’s final major week of the regular season.
Three games feature ranked opponents going against each other, headlined by Ohio State at Michigan. The Buckeyes are practically locked into position for the College Football Playoff, but a loss to the rival Wolverines would knock OSU from its expected top seed. A Michigan win, on the other hand, would give UM a shot – albeit a long one – to make it into the playoff itself.
Elsewhere, Miami (FL) enters Saturday’s game against No. 23 Pittsburgh needing a win to get a shot. A loss would doom the Hurricanes. No. 10 Alabama, too, enters as the last at-large team in the playoff and goes up against Auburn in the Iron Bowl where a loss would eliminate the Crimson Tide’s hopes. The same can be said for Oklahoma at home against LSU.
Tulane heads into its game against Charlotte as the playoff’s lone non-power-conference team. The Green Wave face a Charlotte team that has just one win entering the season.
Hutchinson played for the Wolverines when they started their current four-game winning streak against Ohio State. The Buckeyes won the previous eight games in the series, however.s
