Four WWE stars Triple H neglected in lead-up to Survivor Series WarGames 2025

The final PLE of 2025 is just three days away.

The final main-roster PLE of 2025, Survivor Series: WarGames, is right around the corner, and WWE is busy in its preparations. WWE CCO Triple H has put up a stacked card featuring multiple top names. Rising stars have also been given a spot on the show.

However, several stars have been overlooked by the creative team. Some have barely appeared on regular programming, while others simply haven’t been given any clear creative direction. Ahead of the show, let us take a look at the top four stars who were overlooked and deserved a spot on the PLE.

4. Lyra Valkyria

Lyra Valkyria had a ground-breaking couple of months at the beginning of the year, especially since the return of Becky Lynch and their back-to-back matches at Money in the Bank and Backlash. Along with the inaugural Women’s Intercontinental title, Valkyria also held the Women’s Tag Team titles alongside Becky.

However, since losing the title, WWE has not had anything solid for her, even the storyline with Bayley, struggling with a split personality and an eventual heel turn, which has been stretched so long that fans have forgotten about it. Valkyria is absent from even the women’s WarGames and has barely been featured on regular programming.

3. Giulia

One of the hottest promotions from NXT was the former NXT Women’s Champion, Giulia, who, since her promotion to the main roster, has been assigned to SmackDown. Although WWE initially gave her a push, even putting the Women’s United States title on her.

However, the title turned out to be a curse for Giulia as she was barely featured on regular programming and only had a handful of matches with no major feud during her title reign that lasted 133days with only two title defenses.

2. Bayley

The first woman to become a Grand Slam Champion in WWE, Bayley, has a plethora of accolades to show for, but WWE seems uninterested in giving her proper screen time. Bayley has suffered a similar problem of WWE attempting a storyline and then leaving it mid-way, which kills its momentum.

As mentioned, her recent split persona storyline, which was likely to going to end up in a heel turn, has lost all its momentum that the former multi-time Champion built with a few promos. Bayley has already missed this year’s WrestleMania, among other PLEs, and has been absent from the women’s WarGames. She has only been featured once in the build-up for WarGames, when Asuka came up to recruit her for the heel team.

1. LA Knight

‘The Megastar’, LA Knight, who was originally planned for the men’s WarGames match. However, the plans have likely changed as he has been missing from the match. Many fan theories suggest that he is being punished for holding up a fan sign during a live broadcast that said, “We want LA Knight, not Jey Uso!” during the October 27 episode of Raw.

Although Knight is a massive name that WWE cannot afford to keep off TV, and has been featured in the John Cena final match tournament. However, fans have been asking WWE to push Knight for so long, and except for the US title, he has not been able to hold any other title in the WWE.
