Report – Inter Milan Plotting January Move For New Wingback To Address Injury Crisis

Inter Milan will reportedly return to the market in January to strengthen the right wing amid a growing injury crisis at San Siro.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, Piero Ausilio and Dario Baccin are already scouring the market for reinforcements.
Denzel Dumfries has nailed down the starting berth as his own.
However, the Dutchman has suffered an ankle injury, which could keep him on the sidelines until mid-December.
Meanwhile, Matteo Darmian has yet to recover from a long-term thigh issue, leaving Cristian Chivu short of reliable options on the right flank.

Marquee summer signing Luis Henrique has failed to live up to expectations.
Yet, with Dumfries and Darmian on the sidelines, the 23-year-old may face his last chance to prove his worth to Cristian Chivu.
Otherwise, Inter will probably attempt to add another wingback to their star-studded squad this winter.
In the meantime, Carlos Augusto could continue to operate as a makeshift right-back.
Indeed, the former Monza star has leapfrogged Henrique in the pecking order despite being naturally left-footed.
