Jimmy Eat World will bring their 25th anniversary tour of Bleed American to Wales

Rock band Jimmy Eat World will bring a big anniversary show to Wales in the summer of 2026. One of three huge headline gigs the Arizona rockers will perform at Cardiff Castle on Saturday, August 15 2026.
Jimmy Eat World will perform their platinum-selling, fourth album – Bleed American, in full for its 25th anniversary. The album saw the group release a number of singles, including The Middle, the most popular, as well as Sweetness and a Praise Chorus.
Tickets for the band’s Cardiff gig will go on sale at 10am, Thursday, December 4 for presale, here. While general sale tickets will go on sale at 10am Friday, December 5 from Ticketmaster and Depotlive.
Joining Jimmy Eat World in Cardiff are Chicago punk quartet Rise Against with support coming from emo band The Get Up Kids, while singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jay Som will open the show.
The show at Cardiff Castle – as well as at Halifax The Piece Hall and London’s Gunnersbury Park – will be the first chance for UK fans to see Jimmy Eat World perform Bleed American in full. Fans can also expect to hear rarities and hits from across the band’s catalogue, presented with a bigger production than ever before.
