Dec. 3 (UPI) — Searchlight Pictures released the trailer for Ready or Not 2: Here I Come on Wednesday. The film will be released April 10.
The trailer picks up right after the events of the first film, which saw Grace (Samara Weaving) survive a game of Hide and Seek to the death with her new in-laws. The extended Le Domas family demands a rematch.
A lawyer (Elijah Wood) explains that the winner of the second game will control the world. Grace refuses but they kidnap her sister (Kathryn Newton), forcing them both to play.
Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kevin Durand, Shawn Hatosy, Nestor Carbonell, David Cronenberg, Olivia Cheng, Varun Saranga, Juan Pablo Romero, Maša Lizdek, Nadeem Umar-Khitab, Antony Hall and Daniel Beirne play the new Le Domas family members.
There is a head explosion in the trailer, as the Le Domases Grace didn’t kill before sunrise in the first movie died in that fashion.

Radio Silence directors Matt Bettinelli and Tyler Gillett return. Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy wrote both screenplays.
