FOREST Green Rovers manager features in a new BBC documentary which is released tomorrow.
Four years on from BBC Sport’s first documentary on Macclesfield FC’s after its rebirth following liquidation in 2020, former manager Robbie Savage is under the spotlight as he tries to get the club back up the leagues.
The documentary will show the team, which had been on a winning streak with consecutive promotions in 2022 and 2023, pushing for more victories, eyeing the National League North.

BBC Sport follows Macclesfield FC’s players, staff and fans through ups and downs of the 2024/25 season.
It lands on BBC IPlayer tomorrow, Thursday and will air on BBC Three at 8pm on Monday, December 8.
