The development of some snow bands has brought varying snow totals to the area, with the northwest seeing the first round of heavier snowfall Wednesday evening.
Travel concerns remain our highest priority this morning, as slick roadways are possible. If you are traveling this morning, be extra cautious with areas prone to freezing like overpasses and bridges.
Various cities are also seeing patchy fog this morning. This is another concern that will add some time to your commute if it is in your area.
Although most of the snow is in the southern half of the region early this morning, another round of snow is not out of the question for areas further north.
