WWE has officially confirmed Charlotte Flair’s new nickname before Survivor Series: WarGames. Flair introduced the new moniker earlier this year and has been using it more recently.
There’s no denying that The Queen is one of the greatest female WWE stars in history. She’s even in contention for being The GOAT of the women’s division despite backlash from members of the internet wrestling community.

Nevertheless, Charlotte Flair is now the “Top Girl” after WWE released new merchandise ahead of Survivor Series: WarGames on Saturday. It features a colorful design of pink, orange, and green in a graffiti-style font. It has the words “Queen,” “Top Girl,” and “14x,” all of which describe her perfectly.
Flair wore a similarly themed attire for her match at Survivor Series: WarGames. She was part of the babyfaces team, along with Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, AJ Lee, and IYO SKY. The Women’s WarGames Match kicked off the final premium live event of the year, in San Diego.
After some tough back-and-forth action, the faces edged out the heels, which featured Becky Lynch, Asuka, Kairi Sane, Lash Legend, and Nia Jax. Lee gave her team the win by making Lynch tap out with the Black Widow, just like she did at Wrestlepalooza.
Charlotte Flair’s attire inspired by young fan
While Charlotte Flair has always had colorful attire, her outfit for Survivor Series: WarGames was pretty special. Flair wore gear designed and inspired by her seven-year-old fan named Scarlett, who is battling a rare form of cancer called diffuse midline glioma.
It’s a brain tumor that currently has no cure and a poor prognosis. However, it didn’t stop Scarlett from helping The Queen make her attire become a reality. She served as an inspiration for many, which was highlighted by Michael Cole during the broadcast.
“Charlotte is wearing gear tonight that is inspired by one of her best friends, 7-year-old Scarlett, who is battling DMG, which is a hyper-cancerous brain tumor. Charlotte met this young lady in 2024. She was a guest of Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania, and she’s here tonight to watch The Queen do battle inside WarGames,” Cole said.
While Flair wasn’t victorious at WrestleMania, she was on the winning side at Survivor Series: WarGames, which possibly made Scarlett’s night even more special.
