Misa Hylton Claims She and Justin Combs Are Being Harasse…

Misa Hylton is speaking out after what she describes as a wave of harassment toward her and her son, Justin Combs, following the release of the Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning.

Hylton shared a public statement condemning the treatment she’s received and calling out the narratives she believes are fueling the backlash. According to Hylton, the commentary and speculation sparked by the documentary—and by comments from former Bad Boy security officer Gene Deal—have led to extremely hurtful assumptions about her family.

She wrote that the harassment tied to “things implied by Gene Deal and stated in a recent Netflix documentary has been heartbreaking,” adding that the public is being “misled” about her and Justin.

Hylton said she and her son have become collateral damage in a “cruel game built on rumors and agendas,” and stressed that neither of them “asked for or deserved” the scrutiny they’re now facing.

As discourse intensified online, an old audio recording of Gene Deal resurfaced and only further inflamed the situation. In the clip, Deal admits that his long-running conflict with Diddy led him to intentionally let damaging rumors circulate, even when he knew they weren’t true.

“I went to war with this dude… and when you go to war, he can’t tell you what kind of ammunition to bring to the fight,” said Deal. “You gonna use any and everything that comes your way.”

One of the rumors Deal referenced was the false claim that the late bodyguard Wolf was Justin’s real father, a narrative he now says he allowed to spread despite knowing the harm it caused.

“For instance, you had on the internet that said that I said Wolf was Justin’s father. I never said that,” Deal explained. He then admitted that he chose not to correct it: “Did I deny it? Did I act like I didn’t know? Yeah. You know why? Because anything that could hurt this… it was on from there […] I know what was said hurt Justin, because I did not clarify it to nobody,” he said, calling him a “casualty of war.”

Hylton, meanwhile, is urging the public to stop spreading misinformation and to recognize the real-world harm caused by false narratives. She emphasized that she and Justin have nothing to do with the allegations highlighted in the documentary, yet are now facing the fallout of decades-old conflicts and resurfaced rumors. Representatives for Justin Combs have not released additional comments.
