Abu Dhabi | Oscar Piastri’s dream of becoming world F1 champion has been dealt a potentially fatal blow after he could only finish third behind his two title rivals in qualifying at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
But while he will start behind Red Bull’s pole sitter, Max Verstappen, and his McLaren teammate, championship leader Lando Norris, in Sunday’s (Monday AEDT) title decider, the Australian insists he is still not giving up hope of a maiden crown.
