Ana de Armas Shimmers in Custom Louis Vuitton at Red Sea FF

It’s been a while since Ana de Armas last graced a major red carpet, but she made her return in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the opening night premiere of Giant at the 2025 Red Sea International Film Festival this evening.

Ana wore a custom Louis Vuitton black silk crêpe bias-cut mermaid gown, the kind of silhouette that has become part of her red carpet vocabulary. What keeps this from feeling predictable is the embroidery: silver firework bursts cascading across the fabric, catching the light in a way that turns something deceptively simple into something quietly spectacular. It’s celebratory without being loud.
What I always enjoy about Louis Vuitton’s ambassador roster is how it reveals the many moods of Nicolas Ghesquière. Renate Reinsve brings the experimental edge, Jennifer Connelly and Emma Laird lean into the runway purist lane, while Emma Stone favours understated sophistication. Ana sits somewhere between — classic, and feminine.
Dentelle earrings, an LV Diamonds ring set with a 1.20-carat LV Monogram Star–cut diamond, two LV Diamonds pendants, and an Idylle Blossom ring from the Louis Vuitton Fine Jewelry collection completed her look.
A welcome return — and one that feels perfectly timed for the festival season ahead.
