Idris Elba, Anthony Hopkins and Darren Aronofsky are among a new wave of In Conversation guests announced for the ongoing Red Sea International Film Festival (December 4-13).
The trio are joined by UK actors Nicholas Hoult and Riz Ahmed; Venezuelan actor Edgar Ramirez; and Indian star Kartik Aaryan on the Red Sea talks programme.
Elba will present a screening of his new short film Dust To Dreams at the festival.
The In Conversation programme began last week with Queen Latifah and Kirsten Dunst. Following sessions have been held with Jessica Alba, Dakota Johnson, Ana de Armas and Adrien Brody.
Competition jury president Sean Baker will take part in a session this evening (Sunday, December 7).
The festival opened last Thursday with the MENA premiere of Rowan Athale’s UK title Giant starring Amir El Masry.
Uma Thurman, Latifah, Dunst, Alba, Johnson, de Armas, Brody and Baker were among guests in attendance, along with Michael Caine, Vin Diesel, and festival jurors Olga Kurylenko, Nadine Labaki, Naomie Harris and Ahmed.
