Case in point: the quiet streaming sensation Maxton Hall — The World Between Us, a 2024 series that has been dominating the streamer’s charts since the much-anticipated second season started streaming. The German drama series has won viewers over with its portrayal of romance between vastly different people without sacrificing their individuality. The Season 2 finale dropped late last month, but Prime Video is already looking into the future of Ruby (Harriet Herbig-Matten) and James’ (Damian Hardung) relationship. Maxton Hall — The World Between Us focuses on Ruby and James’ love story. Maxton Hall has been praised for its mature exploration of romance and the electric chemistry between its leads. The series is based on Mona Kasten‘s Save You novel series.
