Irish travellers told to prepare for ‘Take-off Tuesday’ as ‘epic’ Christmas period approaches

Air passengers advised to arrive in good time, and not to wrap gifts carried in hand luggage

Irish airports are preparing to welcome hundreds of thousands of passengers in the run-up to Christmas.

Dublin Airport says Friday, December 19 and Sunday, December 28 will be two of its busiest days, with over 110,000 and 115,000 passengers respectively.
