Four members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Wednesday been hit with domestic suspensions.
This comes owing to their behaviour in Los Blancos’ weekend meeting with Celta Vigo.
Real are of course fresh off an outing to forget on Sunday, which saw them condemned to a damaging 2-0 defeat at the hands of Celta.
The woes of Xabi Alonso’s side did not end with just the scoreline, however, with all of Fran García, Álvaro Carreras, Endrick and Dani Carvajal having also been shown red cards.
The former pair picked up double bookings on the pitch, whilst Endrick and Carvajal were both sent off for their protests from the sideline.
And as alluded to above, three days on, all four have learned the extent of their sanctions.
As per journalist Arancha Rodriguez of COPE, Carreras, Endrick and Carvajal have been banned for the next two rounds of La Liga fixtures.
Fran, meanwhile, is facing a one-game suspension.
