Mason wants to see a “positive reaction” to the disappointing defeat down south and is demanding “fight” from his players under the lights in B71.
He added: “Reacting and responding positively is the challenge for the players on Friday night.
“We know our form hasn’t been good enough and we know we need to address that. The way to do that is by performing well and winning games.
“We’re not happy with the amount of defeats we’ve had in recent weeks and we’re all determined to change that.
“Things can change so quickly in this league. If you look too far ahead or behind – that’s not the way to be. We have to try and show our best in every single opportunity we have.
“When you have disappointing results, you have to try and react. We need to fight and do as much as we can in front of our fans.
“We have to give back to them because they’ve travelled a lot to watch us already this season. We’re under the lights at our home and we desperately want those three points.”
