It consists of a pink fixer-upper and an enclosed pool on about 1435 square metres and an adjacent vacant block of 1188 square metres, coming to a total of approximately 2630 square metres.

Packer shares a fence with the property, having paid $11.25 million in 2000 for an Edwardian residence called Winston from investor David Archer and his wife Vicki.

It’s not known what Packer intends to do with the new purchase. However, she will have options – to protect her views, to use the property to host visitors, or to knock down the unrenovated house.

Bellevue Hill is home to business moguls, media executives, fashion designers and creatives, is near exclusive private schools and has harbour views.
