Status report
Dostal was activated off injured reserve Friday and could start. He has missed the past nine games with an upper-body injury. Vyacheslav Buteyets, a goalie, was assigned to Tulsa, Anaheim’s ECHL affiliate. … Gritsyuk, a forward, will be out at least the next two games, per Devils coach Sheldon Keefe. … The Devils placed Timo Meier (personal) on the non-roster list and the forward will miss his second straight game. Addison, a defenseman, was recalled from Utica of the American Hockey League on Saturday. … Nemec, a defenseman, was injured in practice Friday and will not play. Keefe said he will “miss some time.” Cholowski will draw in for Nemec.
