It’s a repeat of the season opener, but this time on the Chiefs’ home soil — with a lot at stake.
Kansas City needs a win over the Los Angeles Chargers to keep their hopes of making the playoffs alive. The Chiefs are 6-7 to the Chargers’ 9-4, and LA already beat KC once this season, in São Paulo, Brazil, back in September.

The game will air at noon on Sunday, Dec. 14, taking place at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. You can tune in on CBS (KCTV 5 in Kansas City).
Both teams have significant injuries affecting their game, including much of the Chiefs’ offensive line and Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert’s hand.
KC opened as the favorite in Vegas, but national experts are a little more split.
