If Spotify isn’t working for you, know that you’re not alone. Thousands of Spotify users found themselves unable to access the streaming service on Monday, leaving them unable to listen to their favorite playlists on their commute.
The outage seemed to begin around 6 a.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which registered over 32,000 reports in a spike around 6.30 a.m. PT. (Downdetector is owned by the same parent company as CNET, Ziff Davis.)
Spotify’s issues come hot on the heels of a number of massive outages that have rendered huge portions of the internet unavailable for several hours at a time. In contrast, this outage appears to only be affecting the streaming service.
