Steven Spielberg’s ‘Disclosure Day’ Features AEW Stars Brian Cage & Lance Archer

The first trailer for Steven Spielberg’s highly anticipated film Disclosure Day has arrived, and it features a notable pro wrestling connection.
AEW stars Brian Cage and Lance Archer appear in the movie, having been specifically cast for a scene involving professional wrestling. The wrestling sequences were filmed earlier this year at The Paramount Theater in Long Island, though neither wrestler appears in the initial trailer.

Former WWE star Chavo Guerrero served as the film’s stunt coordinator and also appears on screen as a referee. Guerrero has become Hollywood’s go-to consultant for wrestling-related projects and previously spoke about working with the legendary director.
“I just finished working with Steven Spielberg… he was a wrestling fan,” Guerrero revealed. “We were exchanging André the Giant stories and when he used to watch wrestling down at the (Grand) Olympic Auditorium and you know, John Tolos, The Golden Greek used to be one of his favorites.
He was a fan because he got it. He understood the entertainment value of pro wrestling.”
Disclosure Day stars Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, and Colman Domingo. The screenplay comes from David Koepp, who previously collaborated with Spielberg on Jurassic Park, War of the Worlds, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
The film hits theaters on June 12, 2026.
