Logan Paul was remarkably denied entry for brother Jake Paul’s fight with Anthony Joshua.

On Friday, Paul and Joshua will meet in the ring and finally deliver on the fight which has captivated the combat sports world since it was announced. It is a professional bout, which will be fought over eight three-minute rounds using standard 10oz gloves – and the result will count toward their respective records.

With the main card underway and Netflix already suffering issues, the two men have made their way to Kaseya Center where the fight is scheduled to go down – and tickets are still available. But despite his brother headlining the card, Logan was denied entry to the arena as security appeared to muff his credentials.

As Logan and wife Nina were denied entry into the building, the WWE’ star’s head of security simply stood in front of the event official. With his bodyguard physically clearing the way, Logan was able to stroll in alongside his partner, although he appeared confused by what had just happened.

Logan was unable to join the festivities in Miami for a few days, given his WWE commitments. On Monday, he headlined Raw opposite Rey Mysterio but has since made his way to South Florida, teaming up with his sibling on Thursday at the weigh-in.

Moments before he took to the stage, where he was booed, Jake outlined his gameplan for the weigh-in to Logan. He admitted: “I think I might take this one a little bit more seriously. Unfortunately.”

He then showed his cocked back stance that he pulled off when going face to face with Joshua on Wednesday. But the face-off at the weigh-in was significantly more serious.

As the pair squared off, they got in each other’s face with both men raising a clenched fist to the jaw of their rival. Jake’s fist grazed Joshua’s jaw, which upset the former world champion.

“Don’t touch my face,” Joshua declared, instantly grabbing Jake’s fist before he repeated: “Don’t touch my face. Don’t touch my face.”

“What are you going to do about it?” Jake replied, seemingly goading his significantly more experienced opponent. When Joshua again warned Jake not to touch his face, the American responded: “You’re touching my face, brother. Come on.”

Jake then continued his trash talk: “Let’s get this s— on buddy. Let’s go. Let’s go. I see fear. I see fear. I can smell it. I can smell it.”

When Jake took to the stage for the weigh-in on Thursday, he was surprisingly booed by fans packed in the iconic venue. The 28-year-old weighed in at 216.6 pounds, while the two-time world heavyweight champion was recorded at 243.4 pounds, highlighting the exceptional difference between Jake and Joshua.

Paul-Joshua will take place on Friday, December 19. Coverage of the event began at around 4:45 p.m. ET, with the main card then getting underway at 8 p.m. ET on Netflix. Ringwalks for the main event are expected to take place at approximately 10:30 p.m. ET.
