Donald Trump could be coming Down Under.
“I’ll have to give it serious consideration,” the US president told reporters on Tuesday AEDT.
Albanese said he has extended the invitation, saying that they can coordinate the timing with a golf tournament.
“I actually have been to Australia, and I did play one of your great golf courses,” Trump said.
“They have great golf courses there, but I have been to Australia, actually.”
“In fact, I’ve been invited to go and I’ll have to give it serious consideration. No, it’s a real possibility.”
