For the second ODI in Adelaide, wicketkeeper Alex Carey and spinner Adam Zampa return to the side, replacing Josh Philippe and Matt Kuhnemann.
While fast bowler Xavier Bartlett comes in for the rested Nathan Ellis.
After beating India in the rain-affected series opener in Perth, a win on Thursday would see Australia clinch the series.

While India ignored calls to shake up their squad, naming an unchanged XI, with spinner Kuldeep Yadav once again carrying drinks.
