Overnight temperatures could be below freezing in mid-Hudson Valley. Here’s when

The National Weather Service said the mid-Hudson Valley can expect sunny skies Oct. 25-26, but it will be cold, with overnight low temperatures close to or below freezing, and frost in some spots.
Oct. 25 will begin with some patchy frost before 9 a.m. in Orange County.
After that, the day will be mostly sunny with high temperatures in the mid-50s in Orange, Dutchess and Ulster counties, and partly sunny with high temperatures around 50 degrees in Sullivan County.
That night will be mostly cloudy with low temperatures in the mid-30s in Dutchess and Ulster counties, and partly cloudy in Orange and Sullivan counties. The low temperature overnight could be just above the freezing point of 32 degrees in Orange County, but just below the freezing point in Sullivan County. There could be some patchy frost after 4 a.m. in Orange County.
Those areas of frost could linger until about 9 a.m. on Oct. 26.
After that, the day will be mostly sunny in all four counties, with highs in the mid-50s in Orange, Dutchess and Ulster counties, and the low 50s in Sullivan County.
That night will be partly cloudy in all four counties, with overnight lows of 33 degrees in Ulster County, 32 degrees in Orange and Dutchess counties and 29 degrees in Sullivan County. In Orange County, there will be widespread frost, mainly after 2 a.m.
