Two-time PFL champ and last fighter to beat Kayla Harrison is now a free agent … and UFC bound?

Larissa Pacheco is now a free agent.
“Professional Fighters League has released Larissa Pacheco from her contract,” PFL officials stated on Thursday. “We thank her for her memorable bouts and wish her the best in her future endeavors.”
Pacheco, 31, was stopped by Macy Chiasson on Season 28 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) back in summer 2018, then went 0-2 in two trips to the Octagon, registering losses to Jessica Andrade and Germaine de Randamie. In the years that followed, Pacheco (23-5) put together a 13-3 record with nine finishes.
That said, the promotion no longer has a featherweight division and the Brazilian would need to cut down to 135 pounds to make her Octagon return, assuming UFC even wants her back. Just hard to imagine a fighter with Pacheco’s talent — and history with Harrison — getting passed over for no particular reason.
