Troy Soccer Hosts Louisiana on Friday Night – Troy University Athletics

TROY, Ala. – Troy Soccer returns home to the Troy Soccer Complex as they’re set to host Louisiana on Friday night in the season’s penultimate match.

The Trojans are coming off a 3-0 loss to ULM on Sunday in their final road trip of the 2025 campaign. Freshman Keely Cash made her second career start against the Warhawks, making a career best six saves.

Offensively, Troy’s freshmen have taken on a larger role in the absence of senior Jiselle Daniels due to injury, with Isabella Hartofelis, Embla Gunnarsdottir, Megan Hamm, Melanie Oldner, Hayden Barnett, and Izzy Skinner all playing significant minutes for the Trojans.

Louisiana boasts one of the top defenses in the Sun Belt Conference, ranking third in the league in goals against average (1.13), while the reigning Sun Belt Player of the Week, Carson Glenn, leads their offense at six goals.
