Accrington vs Tranmere

Accrington have lost four of their last five games in League Two to leave themselves outside the relegation places on goal difference and they look there for the taking at home to Tranmere. Rovers have a patchy profile but they have lost only one of their last five league matches and were emphatic 4-1 winners at Bristol Rovers on their last away day.

Bradford vs Lincoln

Cardiff and Stevenage are not in action, so Bradford have the opportunity to go top of League One with a win and they can do just that against playoff rivals Lincoln. The Bantams have won five and drawn one of their six home league games, while Lincoln have lost two of their last three third-tier outings 1-0.

Grimsby vs Brentford

Grimsby have already dumped out Manchester United and Sheffield Wednesday in this season’s EFL Cup, but that will only ensure that Brentford don’t take their League Two opponents lightly. The Bees should be buzzing after Saturday’s 3-2 win at home to Liverpool and they are unlikely to let this opportunity pass by having already done the hard work with wins over Premier League rivals Bournemouth and Aston Villa in the EFL Cup.

Wycombe vs Fulham

Four straight defeats have left Fulham in a precarious early position in the Premier League but they should be keen to stop the rot in this EFL Cup fourth-round tie at League One outfit Wycombe. The Cottagers need to boost some morale ahead of Saturday’s visit from fellow strugglers Wolves and they can outclass the Chairboys, who have won only four of their opening 14 League One assignments.

Football acca FAQs

What is a football accumulator (acca)?
A football accumulator, commonly referred to as an ‘acca’, is a single bet that combines multiple individual bets into one. Each selection within the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher potential returns but at increased risk compared to single bets.

Can I place an acca on different markets?
Yes, you can combine various markets in an acca, including match winners, total goals, both teams to score, and more. However, most betting platforms require that selections within an accumulator are not related to ensure the bet is valid.

What is the advantage of placing an accumulator bet?
The main advantage of an accumulator bet is the potential for higher returns from a smaller stake since the odds of each selection are multiplied together. It adds excitement to watching multiple matches, as each leg of your acca needs to be successful for a return.
