Jaylen Brown Calls LeBron James for Advice on Hairline Treatment After Viral Video

Jaylen Brown was looking for all the help he could get after a video showed his hairline wiping off on New York Knicks defender OG Anunoby’s jersey during a game, so he called a King.
And that King was LeBron James.
The Boston Celtics star blamed the “stress” of playing in Boston for a decade for his hair situation and left a message with James asking if he should travel to Türkiye to undergo treatment:
Brown was clearly poking fun of the situation to a degree, and he hinted that he was going to address the hair during a live stream Tuesday morning:
He did just that and called James, who has faced questions about his own hairline throughout his career, in the process.
Questions about his hair haven’t stopped Brown from playing well as Boston’s go-to scorer with Jayson Tatum sidelined by injury. Through three games this season, he is averaging 29.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists a night while shooting 49.2 percent from the field and 50 percent from deep.
The Celtics will need him to continue carrying the offense to remain a threat in the Eastern Conference and perhaps position themselves for a deep playoff run if Tatum does return later in the season.
And if Brown’s hair continues to wipe off on defenders, perhaps they’ll even give him more space when he has the ball in his hands.
