Longtime Korean power couple Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin are officially set to marry, marking one of the most heartwarming milestones in K-entertainment this year. On November 20, their agency, AM Entertainment, confirmed the news with the following statement:

“Hello, this is AM Entertainment. We would like to share some happy news about our actors Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin. Based on the deep trust they have built over their long relationship, Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin promised to become each other’s lifelong partners,” the statement read.

The agency announced that the couple will get married on December 20 in Seoul. The wedding ceremony will be held privately. “Their wedding will be held privately on December 20 in Seoul with both families, relatives, and close friends in attendance mentioned.

The agency added, “We ask for your warm support and blessings for the couple as they make this precious life decision. Both will remain dedicated to their work as actors and will strive to repay the love you have shown them.”

The announcement caps a nearly decade-long romance that began in 2015, when Shin Min-ah and Kim Woo-bin, two of Korea’s most recognisable faces, confirmed they were dating.

Over the years, the couple quietly became a symbol of steadfast partnership, especially during Woo-bin’s battle with nasopharyngeal cancer in 2017. Shin Min-ah’s unwavering support during his treatment made headlines and cemented their image as one of the industry’s most grounded pairs.

Professionally, both continue to headline major projects. Shin Min-ah, known for ‘Our Blues’ and ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’, remains a leading name in romance dramas.
