Behind the scenes, chefs are gearing up to whip up 16,000 pounds of signature Cowboys mac and cheese, 15,000 pounds of turkey, and a whopping 380 gallons of gravy. This feast will stretch across the entire stadium, reaching every one of its 365 suites.This season, Dallas is rolling out a Thanksgiving Roll brimming with herb dressing, crisp green beans, sweet potatoes, tangy cranberry sauce, and their signature pecan-and-hickory-smoked turkey, all tucked inside a golden fried egg roll.
