During her appearance, the singer provided fans with a quick insight into how she landed ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ and what her inspiration was for the song ‘Dream as One’, as well.Cyrus shared that “Well, being I was inducted as a Disney legend at the same time as James Cameron (the director of the film). So as we were waiting to go on, it’s like ‘well what are you up to?’ and ‘what are you up to?’, and he was up to ‘Avatar’.She further laughed and shared that that moment was the first time she got introduced to the famed director, and how she landed the soundtrack opportunity in the first place. “That was very full-circle for me, and kind of, he calls us ‘legends-in-law,’” the singer candidly added.
