Dallas Cowboys at Las Vegas Raiders NFL Bet Builder tips
Jake Ferguson (Cowboys) anytime touchdown scorer
Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson gave prop bettors and fantasy football players a tough time in Week Eight when he mystifyingly had no catches in a game that produced 68 points and was targeted only once. For every other game this season, though, he has been a key player in the prolific Cowboys offence and he was back to form with five catches for 50 yards against the Cardinals last week.
Ferguson has the joint-most receiving touchdowns for the team this season with six, alongside wide receiver George Pickens, and remains a reliable target for Dak Prescott in the red zone. With a pair of two-TD games against the Jets and Commanders in October, he could be similarly dangerous against the Raiders.
Dak Prescott (Cowboys) over 245.5 passing yards
Dallas QB Dak Prescott ranks fifth in the NFL in passing yards per game this season with an average of 257.7 yards and the team’s passing offence is not the reason they have been struggling this year. The Cowboys have scored 40 points in three games this season and Prescott should be able to enjoy plenty of success against a team who gave up 30 points in back-to-back games against the Jaguars and Chiefs before a defensive struggle against the Broncos last week.
Prescott has reached 250 passing yards in six of his nine games this season and can do so again on Monday night.
George Pickens (Cowboys) over 64.5 receiving yards
George Pickens was always likely to be an exciting addition for the Cowboys this season after arriving in a trade from the Steelers, but he has also impressed with his consistency, averaging an excellent 84.9 receiving yards per game. That includes some outings when he was the team’s top wide receiver when CeeDee Lamb was sidelined but the pair have shown they can work together fruitfully.
Pickens has had at least 78 receiving yards in his last four games and can post at least 65 more against the Raiders.
Brock Bowers (Raiders) over 73.5 receiving yards
The Cowboys have made several moves lately in a bid to strengthen their struggling defence, but last week’s defeat to the Cardinals suggest they still have some way to go. Tight end Brock Bowers has starred for the Raiders throughout his time in the NFL and began this month by returning from injury with a monstrous 127-yard, three-TD performance against the Jaguars.
He should have a strong outing against the suspect Cowboys defence.
