Shane Gillis show in central Pa. sells out in 30 minutes

If you’re hoping to buy tickets to see Shane Gillis in central Pa. this week, you’re out of luck.
The Mechanicsburg native and comedian’s Tuesday show at the Harrisburg Comedy Zone in Fairview Township is sold out.
In fact, according to a message posted by the comedy club on Facebook, tickets to “Shane Gillis: One-Night-Only Special” sold out in 30 minutes.
It’s no surprise since Gillis has built a significant following. The Trinity High School graduate, is known for comedy specials such as “Beautiful Dogs” and for hosting “Saturday Night Live.”
He also co-stars in the scripted series “Tires” on Netflix and is one half of the Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast with comedian Matt McCusker.
Gillis is currently in the midst of a 39-city international tour. His shows scheduled in January at Madison Square Garden in New York City are sold out.
Gillis began doing stand-up comedy in central Pennsylvania before relocating to Philadelphia to further pursue his comedy career.
He garnered such accolades as the 2016 Philly’s Phunniest award at the Helium Comedy Club and being included in Comedy Central’s Clusterfest as a rising “Up Next” star in 2019.
