Sienna Miller Is Pregnant! Actress Expecting Her Third Baby, Her Second with Boyfriend Oli Green

Sienna Miller is pregnant!

The actress, 43, debuted her baby bump at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London, England, at the Royal Albert Hall as she walked the red carpet. Miller could be seen wearing a see-through white dress over a small pair of white shorts. She wore her hair loose and in waves, accessorizing with large earrings.

This is the third baby for Miller, who welcomed a daughter with boyfriend Oli Green at the end of 2023 and is also mom to daughter Marlowe, 13, whom she shares with ex Tom Sturridge.

A rep for Miller did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The actress has been dating her 28-year-old boyfriend since 2022 and has previously opened up about the “pressure” to grow her family after turning 40.

In a 2022 interview with Elle UK, she discussed the topic and revealed that she’d had some of her eggs frozen.

“[The] pressure… [about] kids, and should I have more, and why haven’t I, and all of that, which is a really loud noise. Biology is incredibly cruel on women in that decade – that’s the headline, or it certainly was for me,” she shared.

“Then I got to 40 and I froze some eggs. Having been really focused on the need to have another baby, I’m just like, if it happens, it happens. That kind of existential threat has dissipated.”

While speaking with Vogue for their December 2023 cover issue, the actress opened up about having a baby later in life, saying that she isn’t exempt from her own insecurities.

“I’d love to get to a point where I didn’t feel the need to make a joke of my being older and having a baby,” she told the outlet. “To show I’m in on the joke.”

This past April, Miller made a rare appearance with her daughter Marlowe as they attended her sister Savannah Miller’s Bridal Ballerina Breakfast in London. In the photo, Miller smiled alongside her lookalike daughter, both opting to wear their wavy hair long.

Another snap showed Marlowe, Miller and Green, who can be seen putting an arm around Miller.
