Man dead and three in hospital as police cordon off street after disturbance

A street in Glasgow has been cordoned off by police after a man died and three others were taken to hospital following a disturbance.
Officers were called to the incident within a property on Berkeley Street at around 6.45am on Friday.
A man was pronounced dead at the scene, and three people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers remain on the scene where a forensic tent has been erected on the road, as investigations continue.
Police say there is no threat to the wider community.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 6.45am on Friday, December 5, we were called to a report of a disturbance within a property on Berkeley Street in Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended, and a man was pronounced dead at the scene. Three people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
