Kilkenny great Charlie Carter has Lucan Sarsfields standing on brink of Dublin hurling history

Dublin may be far removed from hurling’s big three of Kilkenny, Cork and Tipperary, but Lucan Sarsfields are calling on all three of these big hitters as they bid to get their hands on a first senior crown in the capital.

Former Kilkenny forward Charlie Carter is in his third year as manager while he is ably assisted by two Lucan-based coaches, who bring a strong Munster influence to the table.
