DAISY May Cooper has revealed This Country can never return – after her dramatic weight loss and lip fillers.
The comedian, 38, made a name for herself playing Kerry Mucklowe in the BBC mockumentary-style sitcom, which followed the lives of herself and cousin Kurtan – played by her real-life brother Charlie.

But the star has now admitted that the series, which aired from 2017 to 2020, joking that the show cannot make a return unless her character “had a tapeworm”, following her astonishing health transformation.
Since appearing on the popular series, Daisy has lost ten stone after embarking on her weight loss journey two years ago.
Speaking to Radio Times, Daisy revealed that she was working on a new project with brother Charlie.
She explained: “It’s early days but we’re working on something unscripted.”

But revealing the fate of their popular sitcom, she continued: “We can’t do This Country, though, because I’ve lost so much weight and I’ve had my lips done.
“We’d have to say that Kerry’s had a tapeworm and been stung by a bee.”
Since the show ended in 2020, Daisy’s appearance has dramatically changed.
The comedian revealed that since losing ten stone, fans have flooded her messages telling her she’s no longer funny.
Speaking about her appearance, Daisy BBC podcast How To Be In The Spotlight: “I’m so for body positivity but when I was at my biggest I was at my most miserable and I had a massive food addiction.”
The mum-of-three, who split from husband Will Weston in July 2021 after almost two years of marriage, continued: “I wasn’t healthy. I couldn’t breathe when I was walking up the stairs. I was so unhappy.
“And I’ve had some messages like, ‘Well, now you’ve lost the weight you’re not funny any more’.”
She added: “What the f**k? Why do women have to be f**king fat to be funny?
“That makes me so angry. I champion anybody. I think everybody should be happy with their body. But I wasn’t.”
Her new appearance even caused filming to be delayed on series two of the BBC’s Am I Being Unreasonable, the star admitted.
She joked: ‘Series one is meant to be 30 seconds before series two and in that 30 seconds I’ve lost about ten stone and had my lips done.
“I saw the rushes and I said to the BBC, ‘God, we’re going to have a disclaimer at the beginning saying – Daisy has had her lips done, go with it and please don’t judge’”.
She previously also admitted on the BBC podcast that her agent banned her from getting anymore Botox or fillers, over concerns she wouldn’t “be able to act”.

Daisy candidly explained: “My agent said to me, ‘You’ve got to stop because you’re not going to be able to f*****g act’.
“I literally couldn’t move my eyebrows. It killed me because I loved not having any creases in my forehead. I stopped having that done. But I haven’t had any surgery.”
