Kuldeep Yadav recently got engaged to his childhood friend Vanshika, who hails from Shyam Nagar, Lucknow. According to Times of India, Kuldeep and Vanshika are childhood friends whose bond blossomed into love over the years. Professionally, Vanshika works with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) balancing her career while sharing a long-standing relationship with the star spinner.
On June 4, 2025, the couple got engaged in a private ceremony which was attended by his close friends and family. There were a few Indian cricketers like Rinku Singh who attended his engagement. Kuldeep Yadav stunned in a cream Bandhgala suit while Vanshika stole the spotlight with a bright orange lehanga. Initially the wedding was planned to be held on June 29 but it was postponed.

Now according to a report by Times of India, the wedding is now expected to be held in the last week of November 2025. Hence, Kuldeep has asked for a leave from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Currently, Kuldeep is playing the first Test against South Africa as India enters the match with four spinners.
“Kuldeep’s wedding is planned for the last week of November. The team management will assess when they need his services before granting him the exact number of leaves,” a BCCI source informed.

Kuldeep Yadav has been in excellent form in Test cricket, in the series against West Indies Yadav took 12 wickets in 2 matches. Now as he enters the first match against South Africa, all eyes will be on him as he has incredible capability to bring breakthroughs for India at crucial moments.
